Once the carrier scans your package, it is no longer our responsibility if the package is lost or stolen. That being said, if you have any questions or concerns with your package, do not hesitate to reach out to us through our email at sageandsaber@gmail.com.
For international packages, any applicable taxes and duties are included in the checkout total. Please email us if the local carrier requires any further documents or proof of payment. If a package is returned to us because the package was not claimed, insufficient address or failure to pay customs and duties, we can either have your order reshipped or store credited.
If your package is returned to us due to incorrect address that you inputted, you will be responsible for paying a shipping invoice so that we can re-ship the package.
If your address does not have any shipping options, this is because we have no shipping options available. Please do not change the country to be able to checkout as this will result in your order being returned to us due to insufficient address and we will have to charge you shipping fees.
