Can I customize or personalize jewelry?
Yes, we offer customization on select pieces. Refer to our "Customize Your Own" tab where you can design your very own one-of-a-kind accessories. Our intuitive customization tools allow you to select the watch faces and charms that bring your vision to life.
Do the watches work?
Yes, the watches do work. The watch faces come with a new battery, but functionality is not guaranteed. If you encounter any issues, we recommend taking the watch to a local watch store for a quick repair.
Unless stated otherwise, our pieces are made from stainless steel or gold-plated stainless steel. This material should not turn your skin green and doesn't tarnish or fade easily. However, we recommend taking standard jewelry precautions to ensure it looks pristine.

How long does shipping take, and what are the shipping costs?

Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we offer international shipping to many countries. You can check if we ship to your location during the checkout process. If there are no shipping options available to your location, please contact us for assistance. For international packages, taxes and duties are included in the checkout total.
All shipments come with a tracking number. Once your order ships, we'll send you this tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor your package's progress.
