Refund policy
Any orders placed during a sale, with a discount code or with a marked down price are final sale.
For all other orders, we gladly accept returns for store credit or exchanges for an equal valued item within 7 days of delivery.
All returns and exchanges must receive approval or they will be refused.
We do not replace items unless jewelry comes damaged.
Once your return is received, it will be thoroughly inspected by our team. If your return is received with visible wear, we will refuse the return.
Any return and exchange shipping fees must be paid by the customer. We do not provide refunds on shipping costs.
