Now booking brand activations, pop-ups & private parties for Summer/Fall '26.

Sage & Saber brings a hands-on charm bar to your event — a curated station where every guest builds their own custom watch-face bag charm from watches, chains, and one-of-a-kind charms. It's part keepsake, part experience, and it photographs beautifully for content.

We've built charm bars for gifting suites, press events, corporate gifting, retail activations, plus birthdays, bridal showers, and team celebrations.

How it works

1. We bring the charm bar to you. We pack the full experience — watches, charms, chains, tools, and packaging. Plan on a 1.5–2 hour window with guests.

2. Each guest designs their own piece. Guests choose a working watch and up to 3 charms from our charm bar — heart lockets, strawberries, bows, apples, letters, and more.

3. They take it home. Every finished charm is packaged as a keepsake your guests actually keep and post about.

Pricing

• Base event fee: $TBD— covers setup, curation, and on-site charm-making. No guest minimum; deposit due with the signed contract. Larger groups are quoted higher to staff accordingly.
• Per guest: starting at $TBD per bag charm set (includes the watch base + up to 3 curated charms + packaging).
• Custom / branded charms: from $TBD each.

Travel: Our showroom is based in Williamsburg, Brooklyn and serve all of NYC. We also travel beyond the city — outside our standard NYC radius, an added travel fee applies. Tell us your location and we'll quote it.
