What materials are your jewelry pieces made from?

Unless stated otherwise, it is stainless steel or gold-plated stainless steel. This material will not turn your skin green, does not tarnish or fade easily, etc. but you can take standard jewelry precautions to ensure it looks pristine. Avoid harsh chemicals, showering with your jewelry on, and storing jewelry with other sharp objects or jewelry – instead, store it separately in a pouch or box. This will ensure that the shine lasts as long as possible.

Can I customize or personalize jewelry?

Yes, we offer customization options on select pieces. Look for "Customize" options on the product page and follow the instructions provided.

What is the return/exchange policy?

In-person purchases are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, but if there are simple repairs needed, you can come during our store hours and we will try our best! You can find information about our online return and exchange policy on the Returns & Exchanges page. Please review it for detailed guidelines and instructions before sending us a message.

How long does shipping take, and what are the shipping costs?

Do you offer international shipping?
